About Me

My journey into fitness began like many trainers, I was involved in sports all through high school and also commited to a 3 year stent of college football. Upon graduating college I realized that fitness and wellness is what I wanted to do for a living. My next journey was to train athletes, I volunteered to coach YMCA Football for two years then found my self transitioning into the world of endurance sports. I found my calling, I then purchased a bike, and thats where it all started, I began riding then advanced to racing bikes and now I use my knowlege to make endurance athletes (novice to advanced) better at what they love to do. As a fitness professional of seven years, I have found that fitness/wellness isn't just a physical state; it is the emotional, mental, environmental, and physical elements that make us. Ever since I began training I have encouraged myself and others to approach fitness and wellness in that aspect, and I encourage you to join me in that same journey.
