About Me
Anita Bates is an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer in the Pacific Northwest. Training clients since 2006 and Certified and Instructing PiYo Group Fitness classes in Washington State in 2009. Anita has personal experience with weight-loss and understands the ups and downs clients go through while working towards their fitness goals. After the birth of her second child, Anita weighed 220 pounds. With determination and research she successfully lost 70 pounds in a year. This accomplishment keeps her passionate about training and helping her clients reach their health and fitness goals. Anita’s training style is structured around total body performance that emphasizes functional fitness.

Tara Stewart
Tara came to me with interest in a plan that would incorporate nutrition and strength training. Her main focus was weight-loss. She has lost over 28 lbs, 23 inches and 15% of her starting body weight over the last 6 months and continues to maintain a steady weight loss. The plan that I created for her was 3 days of weight training a week and a minimum of 30 minutes of intense cardio 5 days a week. We mixed in training days of plyometrics and kick-boxing to keep her body guessing. THE MOST IMPORTANT TIP: She maintained a clean diet. Having a clean diet is the "KEY" to having a great looking body. No matter how many burpees you do. "YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT!" Tara is an amazing client and continues to strive for excellence!
