About Me
Channing is an exceptional fitness coach down to the core!! She obtained her Bachelor's in Exercise Science (Kinesiology) from James Madison University with an emphasis on Physical Therapy. She has maintained certifications in AFAA, NASM, AAAI/ISMA and seeks to extend her education with an NSCA certification as well. Channing comes from an incredible sports and fitness background with experience playing college level Field Hockey, Half/Full Marathon , and Triathlon training. She has been active in the fitness industry for 7 years helping individuals reach their personal goals with her skills as a coach and motivator. She believes that fitness is a combination of mind and body where your lifestyle reflects the body's desire to live in health!
