About Me

I am a personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine. I studied Exercise Biology at Wright State University. I have been a personal trainer for 2 years with previous experience as an athlete in baseball, basketball, and soccer. I am also a Wellness Specialist for an assisted living facility. My goal and philosophy as a trainer is to show my clients that they can do things they didn't think were possible. Through this philosophy, I educate clients in order to make them comfortable and knowledgable in their workout routine. I expect clients to work hard and prove their dedication to themselves and be accountable for their development. A trainer can give you a workout, but it is you the client that performs the workout. I can help you lose weight, get strong, build muscle, and most importantly develop a healthy lifestyle. I will make sure that my clients get the best workout and advice they possibly can.

Rudy Garcia

The program that I set up for Rudy was designed to maximize lean muscle mass growth, which was our primary goal. We focused on muscle strength, endurance and hypertrophy. We also focused on developing improved Range of Motion and strength in his shoulders and back to shore up some weak spots. The program was designed to go through phases roughly every 2-2.5 months with each routine breaking the body up into specific segments each session to prevent overtraining. The nutrition plan also focused on getting as much benefit from macronutrient intake to promote tissue rejuvenation and replenishing energy stores.

would like to say that Craig Cole has been so attentive to my need despite my very unique lifestyle. I fast at times, take trips to foreign countries, get sick on occasion and all the while he is there with me to adjust my workouts and encourage me along the way. I hardly believe our trainer/trainee relationship is virtual because it seems like he is here with me all along the way.

My strength and definition have improved tremendously and I am constantly challenged yet not overwhelmed by the next level he sets for me.
