About Me
My philosophy starts with building on the basics. We all have busy lives and when it comes to fitness there is no quick fixes. I believe that a sound foundation in both training methodology and nutrition is the key to getting on the right path. Follow that up with a meal plan that can be exciting as well as meet your nutritional needs and you have a winning combination. Like most people that have come to this site I wasn’t happy with one part of my life. I wanted to be healthier and stronger. Soon after I started training I found that I was growing quickly. I began training for a powerlifting competition. I maxed my bench press out at 325. I found that the more I lifted the better I felt. I have found that when you have a fit lifestyle that you learn to make healthier descisions for yourself. The more you gain on your goals, the better you'll feel. That's when I decided to learn more about what I am doing, My goal is to help you achieve your goals to a healthier lifestyle.

"The best part of having Dan train me is that he includes the functional training intwined with the rehab that I have to do. He keeps me motivated on building my upper body while I am slowly making it back to where I need to be. He recommends great recipes to keep my good eating habits. He motivates me to continue without pushing me to hard, which is what I need at times."
