About Me
My adolescent years were trying, that is trying to keep the balance of activity & food. In more recent years I decided to realistically find that balance. Obtaining an educational degree in Home and Careers, a certification in personal training as well as my participation in fitness conferences (i.e., Tony Horton Fitness DC Camp) has given me the knowledge necessary to help myself & others obtain healthy, realistic goals. A journey such as this is not an easy one, but the most rewarding ones never are. The program that I will create for you will be individualized, challenging, yet fun and effective. At times it might be demanding, but I promise that if you work hard and follow the plan we’ve made together, you will reach your goals. You already took the first step and joined FitOrbit.
