About Me

My name is Guy Briggs. I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with a bachelor's degree in fitness. I have over 10 years experience training people of all ages and skill levels. I have the knowledge and skills to get you to the fitness level you want and I will be there to: motivate, encourage and inspire you to maintain that peak condition we worked to achieve. I will continue to gain more knowledge and experience, through seminars and conferences, to better serve you on your journey to be in better physical condition. However, this journey will take persistence. Calvin Cooledge once said, " Nothing in this world can take the place of persistence. Talent will not. Genius will not. Education will not. Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent. The slogan "press on" has solved and always will solve the problems of the human race." One of my success stories is about me. I was struck by a truck when I was a 4 year old little boy, being in a coma as a result for a long time, and received no help from the court case filed on my behalf regarding this incident. I became disabled after this experience, but I believed in myself and worked hard to become the person I am now. I also put a sincere effort to get my weight down and kept it off following sound diet and exercise principles. With my: knowledge, skills and experience, I am eager to help you achieve the results you want. No matter what your condition is, you can reach your fitness goals.
