About Me

As the New Balance Fitness Ambassador I'm working with the Susan G Komen for The Cure foundation to provide fitness content for thousands of runners. I will be leading the pre-race warm up ceremonies at many of the Races for The Cure this summer. My newest video can be found at Exercise TV (www.exercisetv.tv). As a Celebrity Trainer with Exercise TV, I am constantly creating new exercise videos that can be viewed for free. Look for the really great "20 Minute Sweat" workout coming soon! I work independently in Los Angeles and see most of my clients in their homes. My fitness content and workout advice can be seen in Seventeen, Prevention, Cooking Light, Fitness, Health, People and Life & Style magazines. I believe that true health and fitness come from a combination of exercise and diet. Therefore, a great deal of my coaching involves what you are - and aren't - eating. It's all about body chemistry!
