Hello and welcome to my profile! I am an International Sports and Science Association (ISSA) Certified Fitness Trainer. Fitness has been my passion and hobby for the last 10 years. I get great satisfaction from seeing my clients accomplish goals that they thought were impossible. I specialize in a wide variety of training techniques and styles including Circuit training, HIIT, and Bodybuilding. I am very comfortable and capable of training both me and women of various ages and fitness levels.
