About Dayna

My adolescent years were trying, that is trying to keep the balance of activity & food. In more recent years I decided to realistically find that balance. Obtaining an educational degree in Home and Careers, a certification in personal training as well as my participation in fitness conferences (i.e., Tony Horton Fitness DC Camp) has given me the knowledge necessary to help myself & others obtain healthy, realistic goals. A journey such as this is not an easy one, but the most rewarding ones never are. The program that I will create for you will be individualized, challenging, yet fun and effective. At times it might be demanding, but I promise that if you work hard and follow the plan we’ve made together, you will reach your goals. You already took the first step and joined FitOrbit. Now it is time to take the next step and choose me as your trainer! Together we will travel this great journey to achieve a healthy body and mind. YOU + ME = RESULTS!
