  • I'm Crystal C. and I'm 34 years old. I've been overweight for over half of my life. I never exercised, and subsequently developed some serious health conditions. My doctor sat me down and told me I had to do something immediately, as I was facing some serious health risks at an extremely young age. He even suggested bariatric surgery! I started working out with Katie just a few weeks after having my episode of atrial fibrillation. She worked with me on what exercises worked best for ME and my current condition to get the results safely. Her meal plans helped considerably at that point. She went over everything with me, explained it all. Since then, I've lost 70 pounds!! Sure, I've fallen "off the wagon" here and there, but Katie's ready when this happens. She'll help you figure out what went wrong and what can be done to prevent it from happening again.

  • Working with Katie I went from a waist size 30 to a waist size 27. I lost 10 pounds and toned up. Working with Katie as a trainer was one of the best decisions I made once college basketball was over, and I became a career woman while attending college. I commute to work and school so I drive 3 hours a day and don’t have a lot of time to do long intense workouts. Katie really listened to what I wanted with my body. She listened when I told her I was not a morning person, and only had 30 minutes tops at a time to work out. Katie sent me workouts to help me towards my goal. Even though I never met with Katie in person for a workout she was always there to push me and help me to stay motivated. I went from a bulked up college basketball player, to a slimmer more toned aspiring model. I continue to use Katie as my trainer and always welcome the feedback she has for me!
