I am an ISSA Certified Fitness Trainer with several years experience developing results-oriented workout programs. I am constantly broadening my knowledge of the ever-changing world of fitness. I am a true fitness enthusiast who walks the walk, in addition to talking the talk!
I combine old-school techniques and innovative methodology to create an extremely well-balanced training philosophy. My approach incorporates periodized training, resistance, plyometrics and cardiovascular activity to ensure that my clients reach their goals. My commitment to my clients’ fitness and life ambitions make training with me a fun, safe and refreshing experience.
Having worked in the media for more than a decade, I am also a health & wellness blogger for ABC Radio Networks, a fitness columnist for local and national publications, and a former ABC News producer.
