21 days to develop healthy habits

It takes twenty-one (21) straight days to develop healthy habits such as: eating right, getting eight (8) hours of sleep per day, working to get fit or any other worthy endeavor. After that time, a habit of doing it will be established and it will become second nature to you. If fitness is important to you, you will make the time to work on your fitness goals. To help you stay motivated, write down your goals and why you are doing it before you start them then post it where you will see it everyday. Looking at these goals and reasons to have them should help you stay motivated throughout first 21 days because there will be no excuses as to why you can not accomplish them. Remember people who do not accomplish their goals, give excuses whereas people who accomplish their goals do not have excuses.
