Where Are You Right Now
Do you breathe correctly? Are you a shallow breather? Do you breathe backwards? Are you a chest breather? Or maybe you have a combination of these things going on. If you can answer yes to any of these next few questions…. You might want to seriously consider learning to breathe correctly.
Do you tire easily or wake up tired?
Do you often feel like you are not getting a full breath?
Do you get mild or more severe headaches, often in the afternoon?
Does your chest and shoulders move when you inhale?
Are your muscles often tense or sore to the touch?
Do you sigh often?
Do you feel breathless fairly often?
We were all born breathing correctly. Just watch a new born baby breathe.
Most people don’t breathe correctly…. we are supposed to breathe from our diaphragm and very few people actually do this.
When you inhale your stomach should expand and when you exhale your stomach should tighten.
When we start getting enough oxygen into our system our body starts to function like it’s supposed to and it becomes more efficient.
Oxygen gives our body the ability to rebuild itself….. and it is the key to living a disease free and energetic life…..
